Why Modification Matters More Than Ever

  1. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Peter Kelly: Big shoutout to Ali Sanders and Lumina Solar! Without Ali, we wouldn’t have made the decision to go solar. She not only guided us through the entire process and timeline but also took the time to educate us on solar power itself, which put us at ease. Ali went above and beyond, accommodating our work schedules and making herself available late into the evening to answer our questions. She truly went the extra mile every step of the way. Thank you!
  2. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Mark Anders: Lumina was great to work with. Peter Hayes managed the project and was very knowledgeable. He worked with me on last minute changes to the system design. Lumina used high quality panels and inverters which was important to me. I would definitely recommend these guys.
  3. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Seth Werner: Easy process from signing the paperwork, through permits and installation, through connecting to the grid and making power.
  4. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Cindy Norell: Happy to share that we had a superior experience with Lumina. They worked with us to customize the solar array for our house and made sure the installation process worked with our timeline. Great company to work with.
  5. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Dirk Leu: Good overall experience. The way the panels looked and were arranged on the roof was important to me and Lumina delivered my request. They installed more panels than other local companies were willing to do. They offered me installation within a certain time with some money back guarantee, but we're unable to deliver on that offer. There were some problems with the structure of the roof that added an extra 15% to the project cost (bundled into the cost and eligible for tax rebate). These roof problems were not identified during a recent roof replacement and fixing them was slow and costly. Also it delayed the project into the next year, delaying the tax rebate. Overall I'm happy with the result, but communication throughout the process of the roof repairs wasn't great and delays were expensive.
  6. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Mark Lewis: I cannot give Lumina and especially Alexander Fegley, our Lumina consultant, enough praise on how professional they handled our situation. We gave Lumina 5 stars for their outstanding customer service and solar products. We interviewed 3 other companies and they had the best product at the best price.  We were ready to move forward to have our panels installed but we got extreme push back from our neighbors. They complained to the HOA who disapproved our request. Lumina was prepared to go to the mat for us with the HOA but we declined. We could have pushed it through but decided this was no longer the neighborhood for us. When we contacted Alexander, he was very understanding and super helpful. Due to his assistance Lumina refunded our deposit in full.  We will definitely use Lumina in the future. If we could give more than 5 starts we would. Highly recommend Lumina.
  7. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Dan Delaney: We had a great experience getting a home solar and battery system with Lumina. Our consultant Peter Hayes did a great job walking us through all the options and helping us select the right system. We appreciated that they didn't put any pressure on us and made sure we understood everything. The permitting and install process was smooth and they kept us informed throughout. Very happy with the result!
  8. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Arnaldo Bertola: Lumina Solar provided us with fast, detailed, immediately understandable information about installing a solar panel plant on our roof and in our home. A huge thank you to Sufi, our sales representative, who went out of his way to understand our needs, navigated the design and estimating software in real time and with great skill, and helped us grasp the implications of fairly dry technical details without breaking stride. Great technology - prob the best on the market today - and a total install solution to match. Great company, highly recommended.
  9. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Jonathan Rubin: Super excited to be working with Christopher! He just came out to my house and gave me a thorough run through of everything that it would take to outfit our house with a complete solar system. It’s a no-brainer!
